My wife and i were down seeing the launch of nasa's orion rocket, a very early morning affair. i made this short piece about our experience, but the one shot i wanted to share was this:

Now, as lucky as it is, it wasn't actually perfect timing. You see... i had the FZ1000 already doing a proper timelapse of the VAB building, and i was grabbing clips with the RX10, which at least at the time had no proper way of doing timelapse. So when i saw that burning sky, i just set it to record for a long while, with the intention of doing a speed up lapse. So that fish had about an 8 minute window to make the perfect shot
Nonetheless, i seriously can't thank that fish enough, i mean... he hit his mark perfectly!
