The Fallen - TRT 48 minutes

Okay guys be honest,
I am an part of this high school immersion program called "the School of Film and Technology" or "S.O.F.T.". I posted the intro I was working on in AE a few months back and got pretty good feedback, anyways, We are finished with the movie. As finished as we will ever be. I am posting here for feedback. We want to know what worked what didn't so lay it on thick. Keep in mind this is 100% No budget and its High Schoolers. I am not in High School I am 24 and have done Video production off and on for about 5 years. Mainly commercial but I love making movies.

This is our most ambitious project yet, don't get the wrong Idea, it is not perfect by any means. On every level we have found room for improvement, some more than others:laugh: but overall from the general viewer, we want to know what were our strengths are, and what we failed on.
I know my biggest mistake was the lack of pre-production. We shot this all run and gun. Some of the footage is too shaky as well as some of the acting. We all have reasons for our downfalls and to try and make them validate our weaknesses means we are denying our room for improvement.
Still, I feel like the Newbie posting on here but the Director said we need the input, and I agree, we need input to improve.

The Full feature is available at Vimeo, although I have learned that they dont handle .WMV very well so in the streamed version the audio looses sync. I have uploaded the project 4 times with different file types and all seem to have there issues so my advice is to download the file from the site. Its about 480 megs, but then you will have the original .wmv and the sync issue is gone.

heres the link.

Remember if you don't download it, it will have sync issues. I am aware and apparently there isn't much I am able to do about it.

Let me take the time before to thank you for watching and commenting

wow no comments after 1 day, I am sure this is because its 48 minutes. Thats alot to ask of you guys but I would appreciate commentary of either idea- it was great or it was horrible.

Hey Watermoore,

i watched the intro and was very very impressed! It looks amazing! Esp. for a highschool student film. I did something very very similar as a senior project in my school. A 44 minute horror film. Anyways, keep up the good and and if you ever move to LA hit me up!
