The F5/F55 combination recording matrix diagram

I doubt any of us here aside from maybe Ned knows the answer to this but I just posted it on the Sony forum with the hope Peter C. could clarify it.

"As shown here and more specifically on pg. 57 of the FD Times pdf, it is stated that one option for dual in-camera recording on the F5/F55 is Slot A: MPEG4 SStp 422(10-bit, 220 Mbps) and to Slot B: MPEG2 HD (50mbps, 8-bit, 422). The question is, will the 444 version of SStp (440 Mbps) be allowed to record in Slot A while the MPEG2 HD (50Mbps) is recording to B? Or can the camera only handle one stream when recording 444 SR?, hence no dual recording of any type."

Fingers crossed..

*Update - Peter just responded to the query:
"Thanks for the feedback, will see if this can be implemented but unlikely due to "horsepower". SR Codec at 422 is no problem, but SR Codec in RGB may be difficult to implement for combo-recording"
