Whay can't you? The war is over, the egg is free again, he left the scene like a poor lonesome Eggboy, ready for new adventures. He can cross a Douglas Firs forest end up having a drink at the One Eyed Jack's, meet the Egg Lady, hear about the One Armed Egg ... Bob is never too far away from anyone :happy:
 
Viz - Just watched your Egg-pisode. Great FX, man! I like how you incorporated the Monk Egg into it. The opening scroll was incredible and the Millenium Falcon shadow on the building was cool. I'm glad I'm not the only one borrowing from other movies. Does this mean we're going to have to wait another 3 years for a Sequel or Prequel?

Thanks pk. I have to say that you raised the bar pretty high and with Hans doing what he did to the Egg it was tough to compete. The first words of the master egg in episode 7 made me laugh my ass off.
When I saw the various movie references to 2001 and T2 in that episode I said to myself "what the hell, it can be fun". Since I live a few miles away from Skywalker and have a direct view from my window on the natural set of the movie Gattaca, I played with that.
The shadow on the building was fun to do and easier to set up than the one on the mountain at the end. I didn't manage to perfectly align the Digital Elevation Model I downloaded from the USGS website with the natural background, mainly because of the trees I suppose, and so, the shadow is not very accurate.

I have a question about the music. It seems that we all use the music from the first episodes. It that music posted somewhere? What's its name? The one I used at the end was from the episode 8. What is it briceman?

Concerning the hosting, there was something about http://egg.dvxfest.com/
The website is up but empty. Any news from that?

Just realized there was a new episode.

First of all, nice job on the website, Jorge. Very impressive. ...And the video was excellent. I like how you included all the previous episodes. The eggs falling from the sky was a great idea! Could be a "Chicken Little, The Sky Is Falling" reference. :) There was some great dialogue too. LOL. You put a lot of work into this episode and it shows. Nice job. And it proves you don't need an expensive video camera to make an entertaining movie. Especially when you have talent.

Anyone up for Episode 12?
 
Nice web site. I'm not "totalmente bilingue" as one of the adds on the right but it looked pretty neat.
The life of the egg is definitely an amazing adventure :)

Jorge - Great storyboards. Cool reading through them after seeing your short. Be sure to let us know when you make another short.

btw - You might want to make your website pages narrower. I have a large monitor and still almost missed the stuff on the right edge.

Will the mustached man return? Will he simply awaken from a dream, having swallowed a bit of spoiled egg? Will rgd simply post his first movie in reverse? Will the familiar piano theme be reprised??? PINS AND NEEDLES PEOPLE! PINS AND NEEDLES!
