The CPL product quality!

Buying new chinese imported CPL for $15.

Is it OK to buy it?
Is there any major quality difference between Chinese and any big Brand Name?

Get a Japanese ones... Maruni for example. Should be around US 15.
Metal rims, I dropped them a few times and still works!

I would recommend.
