the bride dancing

Hi this summer i shoot some weddings. This is an example of "music video" that I shoot with two DVX in 25 P mode. One DVX in handheld an another in tripod.
The only light that I put was an 50 w. 12 v. on camera (the camera on tripod) aimed to the center of dance room. The Dj had some disco lights and the bride´s dance was improvised (I don´t know nothing about this) so this is the result.
The post was made in Vegas video , color correction and magic Bullet filter (warmish).

the file is 12,3 MB

..why is it always that the guys cant dance any better than a dying insect? a little dark for a wedding mood, but its always dark in the reception halls. so what can ya do? dosen that just irk you. good job though. :)

did u feel that ure 50w was too much light on ure subjects, or not enough...what brand was it..im looking for something of the like, and am not trying to spend too much

That party looked like fun. I like to see people getting into their dancing even if they're rubbish at it. As far as the footage goes, looked good. It reminded me of stuff I see on the BBC.

The on camera light is a Bescor 12 v 50 w. with dimmer and dichroic filter ( I didn´t use this in the shoot) this dance was a surprise for me so I had not more time for stand the lights. The restaurant - disco turn off the lights and the DJ turn on his lights... strobe lights...

I´m agree with iamloser... a bit dark, the iris marked OPEN and I love 25P so...

thanks all
