We're all tired of zombie flicks, but before we pack them into the vault for another 20 years before they reemerge again (Marvel Zombies adaptation anyone?), where are those little gems that didn't get the press that the bigger remakes did?

The Plague is very, very good. I remember seeing a thread on it a while ago and the creator stating how hard it was to get those maggots to cooperate haha

Pathogen wasn't bad. Well, ok, technically it was a mess, but it was very inspiring to see a feature film written and directed by a 12 year old girl with no budget and a lot of help from her friends. They also made a great documentary about it: Zombie Girl: The Movie
