.The Ag-LA7200g what should setting be

Forgive me, I recently pruchased the 16:9 conversion lens. Should I set the camera on normal, letterbox or squeeze? Sorry if it is a dumb question. but I've look everywhere and can't find out for sure.

shoot normal. the lense squeezes a 16:9 field of view onto the 4:3 ccd. and then in your nle you tell it the footage is 16:9, and it stretches it back out to the proper aspect ratio. if you didnt get the instructions for the lense with it, you can view them here:

if you shoot letterbox, or squeeze, your shooting an image ratio pretty close to 2.35:1 .
