I shot this a few days ago on a brutal 95 degree/ 90% humidity day.
Tokina 11-16 and Canon 24-70 2.8L

3 inches of rain fell the previous couple of days, and the freshly laid grass had 3 inches of mud below the grass and rising steam, and all but 2 rooms in the house were un-air conditioned- I'm still cooling off...
Constantly changing light was a challenge- harsh sun to heavy clouds to rain to sun to overcast all in 15 minutes. :undecided

Realtor thinks either a rapper will buy it, or a developer will tear it down and build a Mc Mansion on the lot.

I'm throwing a party there- you're all invited... when you get to the gate, tell 'em Louie sent ya...

Hey Scott, thanks for watching. The realtor says no signs of a haunting.

I use a Zaza slider I put together with a Manfrotto 701 HDV head on top of a 6" riser on the carriage.
Rail has a Sachtler QR plate on the bottom that snaps into my Sachtler sticks (actually, Sachtler head on Miller legs).

How did the HDX900/AF100 match work out?

Looks awesome dude... nice work!!! He died inside.. so I wonder if anyone would buy that thing and use it to live in it haha.

Again, great job man!!!

I'm sure there's more money hidden on the property than the asking price...

I'd love to buy it!

Thanks Bill, client loved it.

Thanks owaltec, much appreciated! People buy houses that someone died in all the time, like me! A 95 year old lady died in my place, we bought without hesitation.

Kegan- there's 93,795 DVXuser members.
$9,900,000 ÷ 93,795= $105.54

So, if everybody coughs up 105 bucks, we've got the new DVX HQ/Timeshare/Set Location!
Contact Jason Ramsey!

Looks awesome! I liked the subtle lens flairs during the slider shots. I wish more real estate agents did videos like this for expensive properties.

Looks awesome!
Thanks man! No soft, subtle New England light here, by golly! Just bake-you-to-the-bone tropical sun!!! LOL!

You mean my lack of a french flag? haha, thanks! I hoped they would look cool, not bad- you never know...

Don't we both!?! Thanks for watching!

Nicely done! They should be thrilled with this video. looked more like a TV show segment than a walk thru.

I love old homes. I hope the new owner won't tear it down.

Thanks Erik- I love old houses too, and there are so few here it would be sad to tear it down even if it didn't have its notorious history.

Thanks Dan.

Hmmm, maybe I need to pour my money into old houses instead of video gear? Quick, someone snap me out of it...

Thanks man, I really appreciate it! Yep, cut/produced, too. (though I don't know about best footage out of the cam, but thanks!)

Next week is a $17.7 million beachfront mansion- guess I'm a real estate guy now- haha!

Nothing wrong with that as long as the check is delivered. Work is work. When one has lost that mentality, they lost more than they think.

Looks great! I think the shots of the little rock garden/waterfall area are my favorite. The opening and closing door shots are sweet too - gives it kind of a mystery mansion feel.

Good work!
