I've been a little down on Panasonic corporate lately because of the whole rebate boondoggle however their service department is the bright shining star of the corporation. I had an HVX with 2 major problems, bad internal card and tape door jam, and they turned it around in a week, including shipping. Holy Cow. Can I say that again...HOLY COW! Thanks Hector.
