I like the ability to collapse sub-forums as I see fit.
edit - seems i could this on the old version too!

As Ryan mentioned above, I don't have 'permissions' for News, Articles, Film School either.

I like it overall though, nice job.

have lots of content that will be going in there in the future... layouts aren't ready yet there though, and we want to get some of that content in there with some structure before i make that part of the site live

You guys don't have permission to that? It's awesome!

The News section actually has a link to the recently released Scarlet with a coupon for 50% off. The articles seem pretty much the same, except for the one about the next NAB meeting and all of the confirmed cameras coming out and their release dates and prices. Film school is pretty neat, too. You can chat one-on-one with a lot of the big named directors, DPs, etc in Hollywood right now. Just got done chatting it up with Nolan. He sends his regards. There's also a "fund my film now" button that transfers money into your account from some of the heavy hitters out there. I wasn't even planning on making a movie, but after Bay gave me $10 million, I figured "why not?"

I like this look and color scheme a bunch.

I am also getting black text in the quick reply box which is a bit difficult to read when you are typing a post. (Chrome - v 13.0.782.215)

And although it works when you are looking at the actual forum structure on the main page, I think the little flourish/frame things on the top and bottom of every post make the actual threads hard to read. It's too busy. Along the same lines I think the posts, location, and join date could do without the grey boxes around them. Again, it's really cluttered. Just nitpicking though, I like what you've done Jason. Thanks for keeping DVXuser looking fresh!
