I recognize several of the clips in there. With their small sizes I think you aren't showing off your talent.

I think the four-up format is fine for the start but it would be better showing only one clip at a time. Maybe you could use the four-up for transitions. Scale up a frame full size from one of the four. Then, at its end, scale it back down and into the four-up while scaling the next clip full screen.

Music needs to be a little more upbeat. Too close to elevator music.
 
I completely agree w/ Hansk. You have some good stuff here, but unfortunetly, I found myself watching only one square, realizing I missed 3/4 of your reel... Find your favorite clips, make them full screen, and get some faster cuts to go along with more upbeat music.

I like reels that energize you, and get you excited about the person (usually the main reason for a reel)... Try putting some excitedment into this, b/c you definelty have some good clips here.

That might help. But if the content is interesting enough you should be able to hold them a little longer. The right music will help.
