Test Footage on GH1

Recently got my GH1 and a friend and I went around just shooting some random footage (him as a test subject). No CC done.

Looks good, but I'm seeing some weird break down lines and kind of a jello jumping frame effect when moving around hand held.

I recently owned a D90 and noticed the same thing, thought it was just with the D90s.



Where did you get the adapter for the Nikon fit ?
