I'm seeing barrel distortion (especially in the last shot with the trees), soft focus. Check to make sure your back focus is set right.
If that doesn't do the trick I'd check the adapters flange distance and make sure this is set properly to the brand lens you chose. I'd also check and make sure you're using the right distance (FL - Focal Length), condenser & achromat.
