Terror "Lost" video

Nice job, especially with the outdoor scenes. was that stock lens or adapter? Are you based in the Philly area? I am, and recognized the Septa trains.
 
i shoot all my hvx stuff with the stock lens.
yes i am in philly.
the outdoor stuff was shot in philly and the band stuff was shot in los angeles.
 
Pretty good stuff. One gripe. The drummer is almost always shot low like you did and that is great. So tape the top of the cymbals. For me the whole energy of the live rehearsal/performance thing goes right out the door when I can see the cymbals taped or those stupid black pads to silence the drum heads. I saw one shot of the drums from above and in that case you could have moved the tape below. I know it is a little stupid detail but it makes a difference. Great stuff otherwise.

Did you a matte box/filters for the outside shots to get that soft bleach bypass look or did you do it in post? please tell... I'd love to rip you off!

this particular director always wants his HD footage as clean as possible, so he can mess with it in post, different story when we shoot film.
yea, i think we had the fisher 11 that day in the warehouse.
