Telelense Lense & Wide angle for HMC

While I would be interested in the result, I very much doubt they will be acceptable for professional use. I've tried 2x converters in the past (and they cost a LOT more than this one) and they we not that great. The picture quality tends to suffer badly, sharpness is gone, contrast much reduced and some extra chromatic aberrations (purple fringing etc).
So, don't get your hopes up....

I don't know about the wide-angle, but I bought the same tele lens from B&H under a different brand, and it has a few drawbacks:
1- Yellow cast ( can easily be filtered out in post )
2- Vignettes quite badly if you don't have the camera zoomed out all the way, so it's range of coverage is limited to pretty much full zoom.
3- Low contrast ( this can also be fixed in post )
...Apart from the drawbacks above, the lens is fairly sharp, but like anything, you get what you pay for. If I had to do it again, I would not have bought this TELE lens.

I was curious to see how good the cheaper quality lens would do, and now I realize that you only get what you pay for. Good quality optics cost a lot more.
