Hey everyone,

A good buddy of mine is trying a new way of storyboarding - instead of just sending out storyboards, he considered an animatic as a way to showcase them in a more interactive way.

Looking for feedback to hear if the story is explained clearly, or if there's anything else to consider adding in.

Hey that was pretty cool. So you draw out the storyboard, then edit it as you would like to see it from the camera's eye? I would think if you have drawn it out already, the dp knows what you're looking for in a shot.

was the argument from The Shining? where did the waltz music come from? it souns so familiar.
 
Well, it's more to showcase to someone interested in the project the idea you have envisioned. I guess for a more non-technical person reading the script - possible investors, interested parties...things like that.

Part of the argument was from The Shining, yes and as for the waltz music..let me get back to you.

Any other thoughts guys?

It was famously used in the Tango Scene for True Lies.. which is actually where I got the idea in the first place.. The mystery of the Music is solved!
