I've searched and can't find the answer so can someone tell me it? (or if this was discussed before, let me know the forum or URL)

I've seen lots people post their favorite scene setting but I what to creat my own look. So I want to know exactly what each setting does.
maybe I should just mess around with the setting and play, but I don't even know what to do when I don't know what it does right????

so what does each of these do?

Detail Level

Detail Coring

Skin Tone DTL
V Detail Freq

any information is welcome, but if you have the time can you please tell me in depth. I don't want someone to say that the "Detail Level will give me more Detail....."
thanks for your help.
I'm sure this will help all DVX users

(detail coring, detail level) The amount of grain - grainy or smooth
(choma level) Colour saturation level - full-on colours or washed out
(chroma phase/color temp) Colour cast (tint) - 300-like bronze, boosted greens, warmth, coolness etc
(gamma, knee) Contrast/Dynamic range - are the blacks crushed, are the whites blown out, is there detail in the shadows/highlights
(detail level, V_detail level, detail coring) Softness/sharpness of the image - hard-edged detail or more diffuse.
