Okay...This video really picked up as soon as you got out of the basement. The Pro/Con walking around stuff was excellent.
I didn't care what Phil. Man was saying AT all, because he was just talking. Nothing interesting. Maybe that's your point...but see, the people who get the joke won't be impressed, and the people who don't get the joke, don't get the joke! LOL
I think you could really tighten this up by thinking up more kinetic visuals for all the phil man talk. Sometimes funky editing forgives too much talking.

(i'm only saying so much because I can relate. This is just like something I would make)

Also, I think you beat us over the head with the point. To reference an earlier post, I think the beauty of fight club is that I saw it ONCE five years ago, and I'm still thinking about it. Because you bludgeon us with the point, I'm done here; I'll forget what I've seen in a few mins. If it makes any sense, I think you should raise questions that you don't answer, and then answer some questions that you don't raise...

overall, I'm feeling it...as it is, I think it will appeal to a narrow few, if you tightened it up, it would feel a little more "intelligent" and then idiots would pay attention...(because it's intelligent)...
and that's your point, right? Sort of. I dunno.

also, the photography on your website is nice too. Gotta love great stills.

I think the opposite, no visuals while he's talking, just him, it makes it 10x more hilarious, ESPECIALLY the mention of "the mirror shot"

Hi c. mcnut!

I lol a few times and cringed a few as well. Fun short! I also thought the cut to a closeup of the basement guy's face on the parenthetical side note ("shenanigans...i love that word..") was very creative!

My favorite part was the random events - jumping from two story building..etc.

Although I understood the reason for ending it like you did, my only critique would be to make the point at the end a little clearer, thats just my preference though.

Overall this was a really great short, keep it up

Great idea, but the idea grew very old quickly. I had a hard time finishing the movie because I couldn't really find a reason why. Entertaining to a point, but the short needs something else. Good effort.

awesome job! some shots need alittle work on framing. I loved the lighting. maybe alittle more color correction on some shots. content was great. very funny, I enjoyed it. keep up the great work.

Cool film, image style could be enhanced but it's very funny and in a way gives you something to think.

And plus...man you have balls to make a film about one character telling the audience "you are wasting your time watching me...etc" !
