very nice!

my only suggestion-the first thing I noticed in the shot is how odd it looks that the guy being worked on has pants on...alnost like it was too set up or something. Call me crazy, but that is the only real oddity that stood out to me-

great lighting++++
 
good job overall. the only little thing that bugged me is at the very end when the body rises from off the table there isn't any blood on him, nothing! he should be a blood mess or aleast have some scare/wounds or something.
 
Very cool teaser, the shots look terrific and as some people have said the lighting is really good. The whole thing has a very eery feel about it. Good job :)

nice idea,,, we are going to make a movie similar to this with medical deviants and stuff, we had the idea in the summer but never made it,, but looks sick, love it
 
i like! were those flash cuts I was seeing? or was that my imagination. Either way, they looked cool. And it was obviously dark out but I didn't see any artifacting in the dark spots. How did you acheive this?

you got some talent dude. For 30 seconds of basically nothing, I was entertained the entire time.
