Tascam HD-P2: How do I eject flash card?

Just purchased a Tascam HD-P2. Not sure of how I'm supposed to eject the compact flash card from the actual unit? It seems stuck in there and the manual doesn't provide any enlightenment for the correct way to remove the card. Not sure if you are supposed to press on the little button to the left of the flash card or to pull it out with your nails/fingers? I'm worried I'll damage the card or the unit if I apply force, or do it incorrectly.

Any clarification from any users of this unit would be appreciated.
 
there is a folded in button type of thing to the left of the card that kinda flips out and you press it in to eject the card. but you can just pull cf cards out, thats what the eject does basically.
