Both are in excellent condition. The Tascam still has the plastic screen over the LCD and has been used a total of 3 or 4 times, just as a backup audio source. I end up using an audio solution my work provides and need some money so it's time to sell. Bought off B&H (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/821259-REG/Tascam_DR_40_DR_40_4_Track_Handheld_Digital.html) and comes with original box/instruction manual.
The windscreen is really tough to come-by but is great and very necessary when recording outside through the internal mics. It's a product sold on Tascam's website, no knock-off or anything. Bought it off Amazon's website (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005FN1NGM/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00) for $56.00.
I'm looking for $220 shipped, OBO. Trying to sell ASAP.
Here's a video for those with DSLRs and are looking for a good audio solution.
