Tascam DR100 to GH1 padded cable

I just ordered the Tascam DR100 for my Gh1 rig, but despite extensive research, I am still confused as to which cable I should use to go from the recorder into the camera (I want to record cleanest possible sound in camera to help with later synching, especially when using radio mics)

Is the pinknoise 25db cable sufficient or should I go with a stronger attenuator? Are there any other places that sell these things in the UK?

People have previously suggested taking the signal from headphones out (controllable) into the camera. Could this really work? How would you then do the monitoring?

I would really appreciate any help with this.

Thanks, I saw that already. It looks perfect, but I can't seem to find anybody who will ship to UK.

Once I get the DR100 operational, I'll post my feedback, but from what I've read about it, it should perform very well. The only thing is this cable...
