GH4 Tascam DR-40 vs. DR-70 (DR-70 on sale at B&H for $199 for NAB Special)

Hi Everyone. I've been using dual audio recording for the past year and a half with my Tascam DR-40. I just saw the Tascam DR-70 is on sale at B&H right now for $199.99. Here's a link to all their specials: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/promotion/10971/b-h-nab-2015-promotions.html.

Beside better pre-amps and 4 channel recording, is it worth the upgrade and for those who have one? What are the main benefits of having DR-70 vs DR-40? Thanks

I guess it depends on the application but I have bailed on the camera+audio-recorder-rig idea after using the DR-44WL for awhile, the wireless remote works perfectly for me and opens up a lot of flexibility, the mic-pre's might not be quite as good as the DR70 but its a leap better than going direct into cam (depending on the camera) with a senn wireless reciever or what have you. I would get the DR-70 if it did wifi.
