Tape problems

Hi Guys,

I am having a problem with my HVX 200. my mini dv tape wont come out !
i open the loading dock and the tape moves (before it was not) and make noises but it wont pop out !
then the lcd displays "Auto Off" and inthe bottom of the lcd it says "unloading Dock"

I bought the camera 4 months ago , and i constantly need it for my work. its there anyway i can fix this problem without sending it to repair ???

Is the camera in tape mode or p2 mode, because the tapes will not come out in p2 mode. you probably already checked but sometimes it the esy stuff that gets us.

It took me over half an hour to figure that out when we first got the HVX...
