Mint condition. Glass is perfect. Zoom is smooth. Focus ring is flawless. Always protected by filter. Includes the hood. Priced to go at $399 shipped and no Paypal fee. Bought it in February 2010. The 6-year warranty has 5 1/2 years left on it. Let me know if you want the mint condition B+W 67mm MRC UV 010 filter, too.

No. The image circle is large enough for APS-C (1.5x/1.6x FOVCF) sized digital SLRs sensors.

Here's a review of the lens. Its optics are better than the VC version.

ISO 160 50mm f/5.6 1/400 sec, re-sized, saved for web:

Are you negotiable on price at all, I'd like to get it for comparable to what has been last sold on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/Tamron-AF-17-50...era_Lenses&hash=item35acd57d90#ht_1666wt_1139

I looked at the last 10 or 15 completed sales and think the one you posted is not representative of the price this lens is commanding. In any case, PM me with an offer.

It should also be noted that this lens is sharp, as can be seen by the posted photos. Some folks on Amazon have complained about copies that were soft. Not the case here.
