I had a hell of a time shooting last weekend on the dimly lit streets of downtown Tampa. I was shooting with the 5d and a 50mm 1.8 prime lens. Focus was hard to obtain. I had a tripod but most of the footage was shot handheld. The interview scene was shot using a Audio Technica 865B ran into a Beachtek DXA-2s. Unfortunately, I didn't have the Magic Lantern firmware installed so the AGC kept going crazy during silent moments.
I definitely need to get my hands on a support system. I can't decide wether to go shoulder mount or glidecam. Hmmmmmm....
