I film a lot of talking heads and want to know some ways to improve this. Feel free to give me advice on lighting, framing, angles, audio, creative ways to change things up. I also dont want my interviews to all come out the exact same, so any other ideas how to switch it up a bit?

Panasonic GH3 and Olympus 45mm 1.8 lens

OK, all of what i'll input are what i would call nitpicks, i think the video is good as it stands:

-Try getting the mic in a bit closer, it'll warm up the vocals and be more inviting
-Try different lighting ratios, slightly different lighting positions, get a light over the shoulder to pop them out of the background
-Try to keep converging lines in the background away from the head, have it cut across the body
-Try to get the eyeline closer to camera, just by moving the interviewer closer to camera, i usually have them sitting right next to camera, or even sitting just in front of the camera so their head is right next to the lens.
-Play with curves in post to contrast up the facial tones a bit. and for people with some reddness in the skin, you can try selecting the red tone with a color effect and reduce the saturation to get them looking less blotchy.
