Talent Release Contract

[Taylor Moore]

I am doing a fashion shoot this weekend and am looking to find a release contract that I can get all of the talent to sign; because if the show sells I don't want them chasing me down for a handout if it goes to air.
Can anyone point me to a generic contract I can use.

Thanx

Re: Talent Release Contract

funny the timing of this message. I have been shooting models for the last couple days (why I havn't been around here much) and we had a release form very similar to yours.. just a little more "legal" sounding. The Modeling agency had a heart attack and wouldnt sign it at first, only because of the advertising part. In the fashion/modelling world, you need to pay seperately for filming and use of the video, and as well seperately the advertising. So if you shoot something you cant use any grabs etc on the DVD box or print ads etc. If your models sign that (or thier agents more likely) with that advertising clause in there, your golden, as you can basically do whatever you want
