Take away documentary

That was pretty good overall, especially considering it's your first documentary. There are somethings that I'd like to comment on though, the first being that the subtitles were hard to read at times because it was white on white at times. So maybe if you added a border or shadow to the text that would have helped. Yellow with a border tends to work pretty well, because most of the international films shown on TV down in Australia usually have yellow coloured subtitles.

The second thing is that it would have been nice to see some footage of customers purchasing things when Alan was talking about the customers that he has had. It's best to film as much overlay footage whilst on a shoot as you can. Sometimes it's not possible, but it makes the editing process so much easier.
