Did you shoot with the anamorphic adaptor or squeeze?

Watching this reminded me of when I took kickboxing. Except the kid who was supposed to kick the chestpad, missed. He got a cramp in mid-air, dropped his leg slightly, and roundhoused the guy in the nut.

So you have one guy holding is groin, while the other was holding his calf muscle lol.

4:30 minutes is not long,it's the length of the song and theres a lot of action on it.you shouldv've seen those kids in an official tournament,they kick @ss.anyway i gave them all a copy on the dvd and they were really happy about it.

dude, i'm not sure some of this stuff should even be legal. making someone kick at a sword blindfolded? he missed the apple and kicked the sword for crap sake! shouldn't the keys have been skaking near the apple itself? i'm gonna have nightmares. thanks.

i saw that guy do the trick more than once and i must say that on that one he missed the apple but on most occasions he's right on target.i wanna see him hit a grape on a needle.hehe!

There is an animated freeze frame effect you did at the 38 second mark of the video. I've been looking to do this same type of effect for some time. Please explain how you achieved this?
