Syncing two cameras

Okay...this is definitely my last question.

How do you sync up two cameras to lay down the same time code on their respective tapes? I've got sound running into one camera and want to sync the other camera to it so they can be cut together with ease in post.

And is it difficult to maintain that same time code throughout shooting? Do you need to start/stop the two cameras at the exact same time -- and is there some kind of remote for this? How does that work?

Or am I way, way off? Scary thought, as I shoot tomorrow (Sat.)

Search for this, it's been discussed many times; look for threads on sync'ing by using the remote control (unless you're using only DVX100Bs, in which case you can sync through firewire).
