Syncing problem in export

I recently shot a video on my dvx and imported it onto FCP with 24pa. After I have finished cutting up everything in the timeline and finished the movie completely, I exported it on quicktime. However, the quicktime movie that I get after export is different from the video on the FCP timeline (shown on the canvas). Does anyone know a reason why an exported video would be different from the video shown on the timeline? The result is an out-of-sync final product that is different from the video that I originally cut up.

My friends and I have been spending hours trying to solve this problem, but we just can't make the quicktime video match up to the one on the timeline. So thanks for any help.
 
try rewinding the tape from the beginning and go bck to your footage

or even try uploading a different project from the tape and see if it still hapens
