Syncing Audio Only - 3 Tracks

Crazy Question.

I need to be able to sync 3 audio tracks.

1 will be a low quality master track
1 will be high quality interviewer
1 will be high quality interviewee

They will not be in the same location.

In fact, several miles or even continents apart.

I am looking for something automated or stupid easy.

Thanks so much in advance!

Oh... and I am looking for something to work in Audacity or a similarly easy to use program.

Basically I'm doing a Double-Ender and using the crappy master as my sync. After I sync I will ditch the crappy master and hope to be left with beautiful high quality audio.

A little more detail as to what you're wanting to do?

What is the content of the "crappy master track," and what will be shot on each camera with the interviewer and interviewee?
