GH4 synchro scan: why can't I dial in 180.0???

Nearest I can get is 180.2 There's no 180 degree shutter is this normal???

I search forum and had to ask because I didn't find a solution yet. Thank you in advance for any help.

SS/Gain operation is where you set up the shutter to adjust angle. Page 6/6 on motion picture menu. choose ANGLE/ISO .
