Great news for people wanting to use sxs cards for the alexa or the f3 with their Thunderbolt computers - just transferred 20gb in 3 minutes. Not bad I do say

Which card reader do you have?

That's 110MB/sec average speed- you should not need Thunderbolt for this.

I have the Sonnettech Echo thunderbolt to expresscard card reader. The speed is limited by the speed of the card - and I need this - because I have a macbook pro without an expresscard slot and this allows me to load SxS cards without having ac power that is required with the Sony Sxs Usb 2.0 card reader. So I am thrilled. When I originally got this new macbook pro that couldn't handle the SxS cards - I was kind of annoyed

Makes sense- Thunderbolt is amazing and more and more usable
