F3: SxS adapter. Maxell makes one?

I wont be using cards much at all but I'd like to have something for those occasional needs. Has anyone seen the adapter made by Maxell? The Hoodman's seem very hit and miss in the reviews and I'd rather not risk it. Buying real sxs cards is out of my range and I would rather put that cash into SSD's for a recorder.

i've seen weird issues on some footage coming from such adapters, skipped frames or frames full of artifacts - i'd go with the original cards... just my 2 cents
