SHORT: Sword Fight Club 2

Hello!

I'm new here, but I just finished a fun little video and thought I'd share it here. It's a riff on the "sword fighting" game that my friends and I play a lot.

It would make a bit (but not much) more sense if you saw the first video first: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eq-o9TKVtRo

For the sequel, I was aiming to make it much snappier, as well as add in a bit more random humor. I realize that the first one drags on at the beginning, and I didn't want that to be the case here. I'd really love to hear more criticism of Sword Fight Club 2. I'm still trying to improve, both in shooting and editing, so I want to see people's opinions on those aspects (note that we were VERY rushed in filming, as it wasn't entirely clear whether we were actually supposed to be in that parking garage :P ). So before I ramble further, here is the sequel:

I will be putting together a quick "behind the scenes" video in the next few days. If technical details are important, this was all filmed on a Canon T3i with the Rokinon 35mm f/1.4 manual prime lens.

I appreciate any feedback. Tear it apart!

Here's a quick blooper video of some of the funny moments that we had while filming. There wasn't nearly as much extra bloopers footage as there was for the first video since we filmed it so quickly.

In other news, in the next few months we are planning a mini "origins" web-series to see where each of the main sword-fighting characters started (all of the characters from the first video). Then we will culminate with "Sword Fight Club 3," the final and most epic sword-fighting video of them all!

Even though the whole thing is a ridiculous and stupid concept, it has been interesting to see the various characters develop organically as we make each video, rather than be set in stone in pre-production. Probably not a great strategy for anything with a budget above $0, but for this series and the group of people that I'm working with, it's perfect.

I'd still love to hear any criticisms of the main video. Thanks!
