Just got my Powerbase batteries. Unfortunately, the mount that connects to the camera has a lot of "play". Depending on the angle if I barely touch the cable, the power cuts and sometimes comes back on.
I notice that the power cable that came with the camera also has a little bit of "play", but I can tug on this and the power doesn't cut. Normal battery also works fine.
I'm out of luck for support for the next couple days as it's a holiday weekend.
Anyone else with these batteries have this problem?
