Now i know most of you on this form are pretty against fan film/ fan projects, but i'd like to put this out there...

About three months ago, after i finished my short film, i started looking around the web for ideas. All of a sudden, i realized "Swat Kats. I loved that show!" So i decided to bring it back and for three months, ive been working my A$% off trying to get everything in order.

So far production is scheduled for June 17th (weird, two months from today) and the first episode should be realized by August 1st.

I've released a few updates (ok 8) on the project on my youtube channel. It'll be exactly like the original show, except the whole "Kat" thing. When i realized the cost of the prosthetics, it would bankrupt the project

Well anyways, heres the latest:

All locations except the warehouse are secured. Bought the rest of the aircraft miniatures and finished the prop chain-gun arm. Going over to MCAS Mirimar today to shoot some interior Hangar shots.

Well the first season should run about a month, then we shoot for 3 months, then another 1 month run.

And so on, and so on and so on :D

All the minatures are done! The sets are gonna start to be made some time in the next 2 weeks...

Ha ha nice! I loved watching the Swat Kats graowing up. Wow that's a blast from the past.

Oh Hunter, I think Erez meant, How long will each episode be... and well if he didn't i'd be interested in knowing.

Anyway, good luck with this.

Thanks!

Each episode will run 7-10 minutes. Every season will be comprised of 4 episodes played over a one month period.

Thanks for your input! And yeah, i loved swat kats. Thats why im bringing it back :D
