I know its best not to switch tape brands. However what do you think of moving from Panasonic Master and Pro tapes. Only using the master tapes for really important stuff. Would these tapes be close enough where it wont clog the heads, or am i better off staying with the pro tapes?

I do it all the time with no issues. Others will say it's a no no. If you are just starting out with a new camera and you've only ever used MQ tapes, then I'd say stick with them. If you've already started switching around, then go ahead. Just my .02 worth.
