Hey guys,
I wanted to share my video I just finished yesterday. So far the feedback has been amazing! Probably won't been as interesting for non-climbers but who knows! Let me know what you think! It was shot entirely with the kit lens but I will be buying several lenses before I set off on my next adventure in a couple weeks.
Cheers,
Alex

During a four month stay in Europe this year, Les Warnock and Alex Savage lived in Bellinzona, Switzerland for five weeks to explore the bouldering of Ticino which is home to some of the finest granite blocs in the world. Check out our adventures as we see what the bouldering of Ticino is all about. This short film (16 min) features everything from 8B boulder problems to the tallest unguided bungee jump in the world!

I for one loved this. i think your editing was superb - really kept moving things along in an elegant way.

Did you have 2 GH1's? If not how did you do the multi camera shots?

Also - how did you do the animated map stuff - what program did you use for it?

I agree, the music helped move the edit. I found it easy and interesting to watch since I climb :-)

Loved the 2-camera look, when at times I think you really only had 1, you just did a couple of takes... especially on some CUs on certain holds.

Hehehe.... Nice stuff.
I'm sorry I missed you guys, 'coz I live in the mendrisiotto area (Monte Generoso).
No Bungee, but plenty of rocks, for sure :-) :-)

One quick bouldering Q:
why don't you wear helmets (light, skatebaord style)?
Is the "no pain, no gain" thing, all over again?
