Superimposing video in premiere

[Adam J McKay]

I have an idea but it requires me to superimpose video over top of one another so that they play at the same time. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks,

Just place the video to be superimposed on a video layer above the other video. Scale and position and mask as necessary.

and maybe use Opacity or a Blending Mode also
