I think they sucked this year and they all had that hazy grey soft look to them.
I did like the FedEx joint and the burgerking follies one.
 
We got an international version of the feed here in Finland (complete with seperate play-by play [in English] for the international feed) so we didn't see the commericals at all.

In fact the feed had "hole" for local stations to cover with their own commericals, prety standard practice. Instead of black they where kind enough to just show b-roll camera shoots for those stations like mine that didn't run adds (heck, it was 3am)
The funny thing is that during the breaks, the announcers discussed all sorts of things, talking to the producer, control room, blagh blagh. But all with an open mic!
Their normal voices are really differnet to their "announcer" voices.

..So I will be downloading the ads later today, but only the good ones. So I'm counting on this thread to find out what's worth watching. :thumbsup:

the cell phone theft deterrent was pretty clever and funny though... and the horse streaker

yeah, like the game itself I found most of them dull and uninspired (don't tell my wife-she's from Pittsburgh-go Steelers! great game!)... i liked these two as well though.

Really, you liked those ones? I thought those were the worst. I enjoyed the Ameriquest ones the most. They were the most clever.

No way. There were some far worse than those. I liked the caveman one, the Bud horses, the streaker, and the flying BK burger.

I'd probably pick that one as my fav because it was so sweet. Just a nice commercial. Not trying too hard to be funny, clever or original. Just a reallys olid, well done piece, IMO.
