Super Confused - Which Camera?

Alright... I've been reading posts and following the news on all the cameras currently available and after 4 months I STILL have no idea as to what camera to get.

I am an independent filmmaker that makes commercials for a living. I make low budget commercials ($1K - $2K) to medium/high budget commercials ($15K - $30K). For now I've been shooting my low budget commercials with my DVX100a and renting the Varicam and the SDX900 for the other stuff. I make feature films in my off time.

What camera best suits my needs? The Sony, the JVC, the Panasonic, or the Canon? Each camera has major aspects to it that both entice me and frighten me. I would like a professionals opinion as to which camera best suits my needs. I didn't know much about the JVC until just recently and it looks pretty good from what I can tell.

Any opinions?

You should read this article and juge for your self. All cameras have their pros and cons, the HD100 is the more suitable for my needs because it has a fantastic image quality, it has manual lens, a real pro shoulder body and records progressive to tape. But this doesn't mean JVC is the best... it's just the best for me.

based on what you do, to best match those cams that you use and as long as you don't do long takes, it sounds to me like the hvx-200 would be the likely choice for you. now the down side to that is once you gear up for the p2 workflow, you're gonna spend almost twice as much as the jvc which in my opinon is the next best option for what you do. hope this helps.
