Super 35mm Depth of Field Charts?

Does anyone have a link to printable depth of field charts for a Super 35mm sized sensor (For a Sony FS-100)? I have found them for the Sony APS-C sized sensors (NEX-5) but not for the FS-100.

The Sony APS-C sensor size is 23.4×15.6mm (1.5×) and the Sony Super 35mm sensor size is 23.6×13.3mm (1.6×). Does the difference in size affect the depth of field calculations so as to make the depth of field charts for the APS-C sensor inaccurate for the Super 35mm sensor?

Just use the the width of the frame for reference when concerned with DOF. Video is going to be 16:9 anyway.
Also note that these charts and calculators are approximate. Specific lens design (including aberrations, diffraction, etc) may have an influence on the DOF. Charts and calculations assume simple ideal lenses, Gaussian optics and light going down the lens axis.

I think it's actually something like .02022 ( or something like that) but then when you're that close it's not a question of what eye you want in focus but more what side of the left (or right) eye do you want in focus?
