I did. Not any longer. Was back for an extended visit in August/September and was surprised to see the new interchange up near Beaver Lake.
Tom Harman was one of the driving forces behind Sammamish incorporation (some derisive signs called it "Harmanville"), and he's also my best friend's dad.
Hey Disjecta, I went to a japanese garden near my home recently and asked my wife(who I have shown your work to in the past),
how would disjecta shoot this garden? I will post the outcome sometime soon.
Amazing Dis!! Your work inspires. It's one of the reasons I finally decided to buy my DVX ( Just spoke with Rush this afternoon ).
I am aspiring to do nature videography and wanted to ask you about the settings you use for much of your videography taken around the lake. I remember you shared this info a few months ago when I saw your first couple of shorts. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find this data. About all I remember is your preference for "thin" which helps to bring out that lush kind of kodachrome feel ...
I would be greatly honored if you could be so kind as to share this info one more time ...
very nice! looks like a painting. im jealous of where you live...so beautiful!
los angeles is so ugly. -Rich lee
You should have seen NY today..... UGh..... and the yanks lost...double Ugh.....
As for Disjecta, dude has an eye. D-.... Do you shoot stills?Like photo. If not give it a try. you also seem to like dusk, as i have seen from some of your other shots. if you do descide to shoot film shoot portra, it has good color reproduction in the dark, and it likes red too.
