summertimes here... any specific sunglasses you use?

Some years ago a friend of mine showed me a pair of sunglasses. They were zeiss made and had nice contrast and almost enouh filtering to look at the sun.

So inspired by these Im started thinking... What kind of sunglasses do you guys use for work outside? Rigt now I have my eyes on a pair of jaguar skylet sport (model 37317).
But if theres anything better Im all ears.

Nice wooden thingys, and not that expensive either. I would get those based on the concept alone hehe. Did you try that musicians glasses on? Im interested how well they filter down light etc.

I have a few cheap pairs ($20 ea.) of Ironman brand sunglasses from Target. they are the only glasses I've found that fit my ridiculous head shape so I stocked up. I wear them damn near all day every day, they're nice and snug so they even stay on when I'm biking or running. I highly recommend these, but I have not shopped around a lot for quality sunglasses (mostly inexpensive ones, so I can get a few backup pair), so my review might be a bit skewed

I buy a bunch of cheap sunglasses as well, the extra bonus being it doesn't matter if you break them or forget them somewhere.

If you wear glasses, I can recommend transition lens.

Over the years they've gotten better and my new pair just ordered, will darken and clear instantly. 2 types are now available,
clear and slightly dark when you go indoors.

Because I wear them constantly they block UV rays everytime I go outdoors. The cost is offset by not having to buy any sunglasses.

Cheers.

Exactly the same for me........I have had expensive shades, I ALWAYS end up losing them or sitting on the silly things. The cheaper the better now.

Walgreen's 2 for 1 ($15-ish on sale), but always Polarized and UV protection- the best protection for your eyes.

I wear them year round here.

Whatever you do, don't scrimp or play around with your eye sight.

Years ago I was working around the clock for weeks on end, resulting in exhaustion and strained vision. I went to a chemist who referred me to an Optometrist.

This guy without any real investigation, prescribed glasses and all I really needed was a few weeks good rest. After 6 months I couldn't do without those glasses.

Cheers.

It doesn't matter how much I've spent on them, I always end up breaking or losing them, so now I buy 2 dollar sunglasses at the dollar store. Funny thing is, they tend to last the longest on average. Go figure.
