Summer.Bored.Music

I was bored today because I didn't have to go to work so I decided to make a little visual interpretation of how I felt today. I color corrected in After Effects and croped it when I compressed. I think it took a total of around an hour and a half to do this.

Scene File Settings, mmm, The only thing I did differently is chroma level 0, usually I have it -3. And I used b press for the beginning, Can some one tell me the difference and advantages of using b press. It looked more, I dont know, colorful?
