Hi, my kit is getting bigger, ghr, 14-45, 45-200, rokkor 50, rokkor 135, rokkor 38 , videomic rode... I need a bug to carry all. I don0t know if any exists, but would be nice sometihing very quick to use, to be able to take and put bacj lense in the bag, without having to do much operation, like taking off the bug, and so on...any suggestion would be great. Thanks

Cinebags has some nice options. I've never owned one myself, but have friends who swear by them. The DSLR backpack or Cinematographer bag look like they'd suit you.

i use an incase backpack. it was the only one I could find that didn't look like a camera bag, just the way I like it. Holds everything I need, multiple bodys, multiple lenses, lights, batteries, sound recorder etc. Is not weather proof though, you will need a rain cover for it if you are the outdoors type.

Most secure is going to be Pelican case, but it's the hardest to carry around since it's basically a big plastic suitcase. Great for transporting gear to a set, but horrible choice for walk around shooting.
Most transportable for walking around is going to be a backpack, but it's a little slow to get into most of them since you have to take it off and put it down to open it. Best choice if you're walking a lot, or even snowboarding with 60 pounds of gear.
Shoulder bags are the fastest to get into, but if you carry a lot of gear it can get a little tiring since it's only on one shoulder.

For backpacks, look at ThinkTank and shoulder bags look at Domke. Best thing to do is go to a the camera store (if you have a decent one) and try them on.
